3 way setup,please suggest

hi,
wish you all diyers a very happy new year.I am from india.I want to make a 3 way active speaker system for live(for small gathering and festivals i.e our colourful holi ) and home use.currently i have following setup:
1.two stereo p3a amps running on dc +/-42volts.(for midrange)
2. Four 12inch speakers with enclosure(offcourse from local market with ahuja enclosure dimensions)for midrange.
3.good collections of different size & type of tweeters from local market.(high)
4.one 3-way active crossover(24db/octave) which i have made on the basis of design from siliconchip.com
Project in pipeline:
1.Quasi amp for beginners by apexaudio(one unit ready but not tested with full power supply)for low.
2.I want to buy 15inch speaker/woofer from local market which will be used with the enclosure suggested by apexaudio for lowrange.
3.last but most important, i want to buy a small audio mixer with effects.I have sorted out behringer xynyx 1204fx and soundcraft notepad 124fx,please suggest which will be better.
Kindly sugget me the power for the gathering of 100 people in a space of open 2500sqft & the amplifier circuits suggested by you from diyaudio for above purpose.It may look strange but my requirement is more power with less complicated making process,quality is a issue but not too much.In my place a loud music is more recommended than a quality music but i want to make a good balance between power and quality.
Feel free to comment and suggest.
