Has anyone found their unit has the problem with the motorized volume button turning to the maximum volume and not being able to be turned down? I have no batteries in the remote. I have tried unplugging the unit but have not found a fix. Every time I manually turn the knob down, it automatically returns to the maximum volume level. Any ideas?
