Seems to be a respec of the same die, to increase yield, there seems to be poorer matching.

As far as I know it's an entirely new process. They don't offer any graded parts anymore so offset and hFE mismatch is similar to that of the MAT02F. Noise seems to have improved according to my measurements.

wrinkle seems to be right. The MAT02 is better than the MAT12. Indeed, interesting.
