Default HH scott 440a

Does anyone have any experience with fixing, or listening to hh scott amps. I can get this for 10 dollars .The left channel works, the right plays low, and is crackly. Is it a good idea, or should I say no thanks.

I know It might be more trouble than its worth, but as a noob I might gain some knowledge for having tried. I still believe there is a chance I can fix it maybe. The worst I can do is short something and finish off the left channel, and I will have a big paperweight.

Thanks in advance for any input.

What exactly is it missing? Obviously it works in some way...

Then again, it's dinosaur-era solid state. Some parts are unobtanium.

its missing all the knobs off the front. He changed his mind on the ten bucks, and its a 60 mile round trip to get it.
