Need 2sk135 and 2sj50 MOSfets

Hi

I have a old Trace Elliot GP7 amp that blew the 2sj50

It uses both the MOSfets, and even though the 2sk135 seems fine, I am looking for spares for this customer.

Any help, most Thanks

Replace with 2SJ162/2SK1058, with a bit of thought you will figure out how to mount them without needing to change anything on the ehatsink.

These should be a direct replacement,
Magnatec. ALFET Lateral MOSFETs

I mostly do tube gear, but have been S that last few years

I have found finding older transistors to be a real search deal.

recent restortations and special projects.

I have to add a lot of pics so I am going to do a blog with all the crazy guitar amps I have re-built including VOX SS amps.

I still have a dead Peavy ancient SS amp that needs a driver trans.

I am desinging Germanium preamps too.
