Inputs not working on skytec pro 240 amp

Hello there

i have two of the above amps and the inputs on the left hand side on both have stopped working (both phono & 1/4 inch jack) im getting no sound at all from either one , the sound is perfect in the right hand side


On the front the led light isnt working either (to indicate sound)


My question is what could be wrong

Whip off the back and look for loose connections or bad solder joints on the input board.

Must be a common fault with them, I have one that intermittently works on one channel.
