Wiring in Topaz 96610-11 10kva Isolation transformer UGH!

Hi everyone I'm new here, so we got this isolation transformer Topaz 96610-11 enclosure, seems we are getting 134-135 main ac in our USA studio not sure why. I figured the isolator would solve this problem but after we wired it (240 to x1 and 240 to x3 neutral to x2) we are getting 160v on th meter there is a wiring diagram and we wired it to the 240 specs. Not sure but what's wrong here? Thanks for your help AJ 312-933-0113

If you are getting 135 V, it's sounds like you have a lost neutral problem. Measure all the other circuits in the building, see if some are at about 110 V
