Default Where in the UK is a trustworthy place to get 2SC5200 and 2SA1943's?

Seen some no ebay but they look dodgy and I think they are fake, they come from hng kong too which takes an age. Where can I get them from in the UK?

Farnell sell Magnatec brand ones. I think the Profusion ones are also Magnatec but unsure.

You can also get Fairchild's clones from Fairchild Direct.

Mouser sells original Toshibas. Not UK company, but fast and trusty.

You could use Cricklewood Electronics, I've used them many times and had no problems.

Cricklewood Electronics - CCTV. CCTV Equipment. CCTV Systems. Digital CCTV Cameras
