Anyone guess what is the companion transistor to 41011?

I have Belles power amp (Class AB) w/one of these as one of the driver transistors. Unsucessful locating info on the 41011

The amp has symetrical single sided PCBs with a 41011 in one place, a simillar looking UNMARKED transistor in its companion location.

BTW no schematic-Belles will not provide one at any price.

thnx tony

You should probably post a close-up macro photograph of the offending transistor.

Maybe you've misread the part number ?

41011 is correct. It's twin has several colored stripes accross its face. These could pass for output transistors in a small amp. next post will have attachments.

thanks for your help tony

Any help?

I'me referring to the third device down in the 'Master Cross Reference Data' table that shares the same last five digits as the device you're describing. The spec in the table below that seems to fit what I'd describe as an NPN audio driver transisitor, so maybe you can track down an equivalent from the data given... assuming it's not a red herring, of course.

Its a place for this amp/EE neopyte to start.

28463-41011 may be the complete model number

Now if I could find a pic on the site...

thank you very much tony
