Question replacement op-amp ?

I found this circuit:http://space.tin.it/scienza/fladelle/Page1.htm

The problem is that i cant find where to buy the
op-amp "TLE2141C".
Also, the TLE2141C has max V 23Volt and my PS is 18-0-18
(25-0-25)
Anyone know a replacement for this??

you will have to build a regulator in order to use that transformer.
Most op amps operate on +- 18v max.
