This is balanced line reciever . Does it work with +/-5V power supply.

look up the tl072 datasheet. It will show the range of supply voltages.
Even if the tl072 works with +-5V, this will seriously limit the maximum signal throughput. The impedance seen by the source on Hot and Cold are not the same. This needs a buffer to give identical impedances for both Hot and Cold. Use three opamps in instrumentation topology or use a balanced line receiver. The tl072 does not like driving the capacitance of cables. Choose a better line driving opamp.
