As the race for thinned gate oxides, larger wafers and smaller features continues, is there any reasonably accessible technology for someone to design their own low volume HV bipolar integrated circuit? MOSIS seems to be primarily digital. What I am looking for a sort of a smart power (ANALOG) technology with both vertical NPNs and PNPs. Laterals are OK, if necessary, I guess. Both high and low resistance poly layers. SS Fets, both polarity, would be nice too. Anything analog would work. Does anything like this exist on the market??
