Equivalent Replacement Parts

Can anyone suggest replacement FETs for D2395 and B1566? Fully encapsulated tabs.

Are you sure those are FETs? Those numbers suggest to me they are common bipolar transistors, 2SD2395 and 2SB1566.

Those would be 3A 60V Insulated TO220.

MCM shows the 2SB1566 in stock for 59 cents, but no stock on the 2SD2395.

ANy reason you can't mount equivalent parts that are not insulated by adding a mica washer and plastic washer around the screw?
