BD241C/242C don't need heatsink, and can be replaced with TIP31C/32C if it's not available in your area.

Yes, that is better than use separate heatsinks for drivers and use wire for BIAS transistor.

My favorite I listen SR50 last month without C10, C11 (100pF), and everyone who heard this amp like it at first sound.

Coolet,
Great PCB, and size (100X80 is standard), only move R36(10R) around R1,C2 and connect near input GND. You use bipolar C1, than you can add another input, DC input like in SR200. I will use this PCB design, thank's for share.
