i need an amplifier which is more durable.

I suggest you HV23 MOSFET Amplifier IRFP240/IRFP9240

Drawing layout is just something easy,many people can do that, but design a very good schematic is something difficult,need many years of experience and complex math like what You've done.

That IRF240/9240 is not too expensive, I bought it here cheaper than SanKen bjt transistor

Question ASK

Hi Sir Mile, apologize in advance this might be a silly question and beyond the discussion, can I use this schematic for power supply with an output capacity of 48 Volt 10 Ampere? whether there are components that should be changed or added? please help me. I needed.
