Any 40A triac can be use, like BTA40, BTA41... and TLP3041 can replace MOC3041 or use MOC3040, 3042, 3043, 3061, 3062.
For 500VA use 25A triacs, like BTA140, BTA26, TIC263.
TIC253 (20A), TIC246, BTA16, BT139... (16A) can be use for home amplifiers.

Sorry for asking this question Again. regarding protect -Does it need 2 Power supplies 15-0-15 and 18-0-18, and how to connect protect with amp.
