Do they make an output transistor that's higher wattage/amps than the
2SC5200?

Try:

MJL4302A

MJL4281A

Also better than 2SC5200

You mean to parallel two 2sc5200s?

That's what I am trying not to do.

There may not be one but it would be great to find one that is 250W,20A+.

There's some mosfets with double dies that would work but trying to stay bipolar.

how do you intend to heat sink that? - multiple packages spread the heat for more thermal transfer efficently

Here's the data on a few common output transisitors:

Output Transistors

Remember SOAR.

Thanks everyone for the info on a better transistor than the 2sc5200.

The MJL4281A/MJL4302A looks like a good replacement for the 2SC5200 and
2SA1943.
Would be nice if they came in an SOT227 package. This would help dissipate
the heat better.

I would not consider these particular ONsemi devices as replacements.
There are other ONsemi devices that should make good replacements.

If you want a bigger package, the Sanken MT200 transistors spring to mind.
