Default Need Help

Have a swr amp Quasi comp.
With the output devices out. Strating at 0 volts as I raise the voltage the output will go up to -3volts then drop to 0 then raise up to +13 volts than back drop down to .160 at full voltage. I have tested all trans they check out. any suggestions

So long as the normal working voltage doesnt give out a DC offset more than 200mV I would say it was fine.

I would then check the bias voltage to ensure it hasnt blown up the output transistors.
