Anyone out there know of a pcb that uses the IRG4PC50UD?

I do not think there is such pcb.
If you want to use those you would have to design your own circuit. Or ask somebody willing to help you with it. I think they may be possible to use for amplifier output. They are fast IGBT for HIGH Current in TO-247AC package. Here datasheet: http://www.irf.com/product-info/data...irg4pc50ud.pdf
