Default Looking to use up a few fets I have. IRG4PC50UD

Anyone out there know of a pcb that uses the IRG4PC50UD?

I do not think there is such pcb.
If you want to use those you would have to design your own circuit.
Or ask somebody willing to help you with it.

I think they may be possible to use for amplifier output.
They are fast IGBT for HIGH Current in TO-247AC package.
