PS Audio 200C Power Amplifier - Brand of fuse holder wanted

for the 200C power amplifier the outside part of the fuse holder are
damaged. Naturally solution it would be, to order any universal type like this

and replace the complete unit.

But if I know the brand and exact model No of the original fuse holder, I
would order this, of course. In this case I spare a lot of time, because now I
replace only the outsite part. In other case I must carry out a complete disass'y of the power amp device.

spare parts for this 20 years old amplifier no longer available.

Perhaps one of the member know the brand and model No of the fuse holder used in PS Audio's 200C. I think, it is still a good available part by companies like Farnell or Digikey - thank you very much for posting this information.

BTW - in the attachement the schematic diagram of this amp (lauched approximately between 1995 and 1998)
