Matching Mosfets and BJTs

Can anyone tell me how do you do matching for output mosfets and small signal BJTs for input stages, current mirrors. Will be grateful if you could also show me the schematics for the circuitry.

Hi, I downloaded an article from PassDIY site on A75 power amp. It has a section on matching mosfet.

Thanks I've seen that one can't figure out how he gets the transconductances values, would be grateful if you could explain to me. Anyway I'm looking for a more generic circuit, the one in PassDIY, requires the operating current values.
