Hi all!
I was wondering if this amplifier has good performance: eBay.ie: Current-mode power amplifier K170/J74 C5200/A1943 /PCB (item 320542990509 end time 03-Jul-10 14:37:08 BST) I'm thinking to build it but I have not decided yet. I'd like some advice please. Is it any good? . How it would compare with Rod's Elliot P101 and the Symasym for example? Thank you.

This is a current-feedback-amplifier and it seems to be a good choise of semiconductor. The current-mirror ist the only thing, that I whould change. A simple current-mirror has better dynamic properties.
But you can not point from the circuit diagram to the sound. I only can say, if this circuit works, the amplifier should not be sound bad. regards Patrick |
