This is an integrated stereo amplifier. The internal structure and components show that this is not a low end amplifier. Today, I put it on the bench for measurement. I initially focus on the power amp section.
Measurement BW is 80 kHz for THD. AP output level is fixed at 1 Vrms. The volume knob is adjusted for output power level: 1 W, 10 W, 50 W. The THD curves are very very interesting. Has anyone seen this kind of curves before? Or I did something wrong? Will this make the mid-high sweet? A sonic character of the amp? Last edited by panson_hk; 29th June 2010 at 07:30 AM. |
