Since there are two channels, you can compare measurements between points and pairs of points in the bad channel to the corresponding points and pairs of points in the good channel. You could start with the unit unplugged and measure resistances between pairs of pins of the power transistors.
If power is on, you may compare VOLTAGES, starting with power supply (if separate).
Search for a ground point (easier if common to both channels) and select some other points to compare, with no input signal. Check fuses also.
It can be a faulty power supply, or even burnt output transistors.
Good luck!
