What about a grounding scheme as follows.
Given separated grounding points in the amp PCB for input, decoupling, speaker return... The idea is not to mix the different currents in an unique wire. The half way points shoud be at the same potential provided the conductors are homogeneous all the way long... Could that be an improvement compared to the unique ground star point. What do you think? |

in commonly used dual polarity supply, single ended output Class B/AB you have half wave output current completing in the pos/neg supply cap alternately - current and the Vdrop in pwr gnd Z branches will not be "balanced"
