Default CM LABS 914a original fuse rating?

Hello Group,
Does anybody know the rating of the front panel fuses for the 914a. Some knucklehead lost them, and the caps.
Also the rear fuse holders are missing and replaced with chrome caps. Was this a factory option or have they been removed. Is a schematic available?

Thanks

Jim
