Pace, Rythm and timing.
Take my advice and don't believe a word of it. Build a Leach and you will have a really good amplifier. |

A term made up by (I believe) Martin Colloms. It allows hack writers to sell articles to unethical magazines, as well as helping advertisers like Naim and their dealers to sell overpriced amplifiers.

Wouldn't bother with Naim if I were you. Over-rated!

One can build a Naim clone, will the result sound the same as a Naim?
Will it satisfy the listener? |

Also, how similar do two Naims sound, given production tolerances?!? With many folks I have a suspicion that it might be influenced by how much money they have saved! |

The ASR Emitter has better PRAT than the Naim top of the line.
Either way, i consider foot-tapping essential in a good system, but the amplifier is NOT the only factor in achieving it.
