How many pairs of 2n3055 will get me 400w or so since 2n3773 are expensive,or any other good transistors that will do this

400W into what impedance?

The forward-biased voltage limit is only 60V, so you will need to build a bridge amplifier to get any real power.

Three pair per each half of the bridge on 30VDC should do what you want. You will want an output triple to bet enough current gain, use another pair of 3055s as drivers, and TIP41C/42 or similar for pre-drivers.
