Default Sorry for bad explanation

The Heatsink should be like the picture. The PCB will be mounted on the backplate of it and the heatsink will be mounted in the enclosure vertical like your intentions.

"for 6pair outputs what are the changes to make with 80vdc? "

Change BC546 to 2N5550
Change MJE15030/31 to 32/33
Change 2N3773 to MJ15024
The 22K that feeds the diode pair needs to be 5W, it can be 3W on 65V
The 22K feedback resistor needs to be 1/2W, it can be 1/4W on 65V

Hi all if I wanted maximum 100W in to 8 oham load what should i have to change in this circuit and what will the supply requirement is 40-0-40 5A ac transformer is OK please replay

40+40Vac gives 150W to 170W with a BJT output stage.
I'd expect 120W to 140W with a source follower mosFET output stage. Probably quite a bit more with a common source output stage.
