Yes, pcb design is share to be made by diyers, commercial version have different pcb, and something is add on the circuit for more reability.

PCB with corrected track layout, offset is high but OK, no need to place 1N4148 to heatsink this is class B amplifier. Can you post pictures?

Most PA units will work fine in this speakers projects, and there is some new subs with 18inch woofers.
All horn-reflex subs work clear and louder than other sub plans.
