Hi all,
I have a Conrad Johnson Motif MS-2001 amplifier with I find sounds dry and un-involving to my taste. The amplifier uses CJ-D Polyprop caps (yellow) for bypassing and coupling. I thought of replacing the CJD capacitors to K40Y-9 based on opinions in DIYAudio forums. Anyone tried this? I understand that the CJD polyporp caps are not that great (unlike the polysterenes - white caps). Will the K40Y-9 be an improvement? Thanks
