Looking for recommendations on TO-220 package GSD (Hitachi) pin-out MOSFETs

I'm looking for recommendations for additional GSD (Hitachi) pin-out MOSFETs to trial in the TO-220 package. Minimum voltage of 100V is fine, power FETs 5W and higher. The two I'm looking at right now are the 2SJ79/2SK216 (actually the whole family 2SJ76-79) and 2SJ313/2SK2013. The 2SJ313s are very expensive and I need (4) PNPs and (4) NPNs for the amp, so more cost effective, readily available suggestions are appreciated.

I have some 2SJ313/2SK2013 on order and waiting for toshiba delivery.
