after triying to fix a SAE C3A integrated amp i have got to the conclusion that its a tough dog problem and i will like to do this, take out the power amp board an retrofit it whit an stereo module amp.i will like to use the original power supply, preamp, power meters, knobs, switches, volume control, etc. i will like to replace is the power amp section. i will like to have at least 60 to 100 wats at 8 ohms. can you guys please advice on a good amp module and what i need to do the project. thanks.

no its not canibalized, its just that the right channel does not work.it keep blowing fuses and burns the right channel output transistors. i have the skematic and service manual.but kind of tired triying to find whats wrong. i just want to have the old school look and funcionability of the amp whit new guts. but if you have an idea of what could be wrong its welcome, thanks
