Sugestions needed on power amp schematics to fit these MOSFETs.

I have got some samples of these MOSFETs:
1) Infineon SPW47N60C2 (600V, 47A, 0.07 ohms, COOL MOS POWER TRANSISTOR)
2) Infineon SPW20N60C3 (650V, 20.7A, 0.19 ohms, COOL MOS POWER TRANSISTOR)
3) Microsemi (APT) 1201R2BLL (not sure: 1200V, 12A, 1.25 ohms, POWER MOS7 FREDFET)
I thought of trying them with Legend Stage models.
Any input?

From the part number, both Infineon devices seem to be N channel, thus you would want to look at designs using a quasi complimentary output.

These are most likely all switching MOSFETs made for switchmode supplies. I'm not sure if they would be usable in a linear application such as a Class AB amp. They would certainly work, but might give poor results.

I got this feedback from Michael, about N-MOS amp:

"for NMOS you can use any N Channel Power Mosfet, it will be working without any problems...its not class D...."

I have designed a few amps both quasi and complimentary with switching MOSFETs and had very good results.

"I don't think they are very good for amps. Voltages and currents ... OK, but capacitances are to big - likely problems with drive and stability! Sorry, I am too busy for detailed answers."
