Where to find those MOSFET'S
Greetings to all !
This is my first post here, but i have been watching this forum for a while. It is a great place for all of us who search for uncompromising sound. I have one problem, and it would be great if someone could provide me additional information. To be precise - I have problem finding those transistors in order to fix and restore Accuphase E-206 integrated amp : 2SK213, 2SJ76 - MOSFET's manufacturer is Hitachi http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheets_pdf/2/S/J/7/2SJ76.shtml http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheets_pdf/2/S/K/2/2SK213.shtml 2SK330, 2SJ105 - manufacturer is Toshiba and 2SC3381. I have already tried Digikey and other large electronic on-line stores, but they don't have it on stock. Where to find/buy those parts or any replacements ? |
