I mostly want ST Micro brand IRF540 mosfets because I can't find the actual IR brand MOSFET. I'm rebuilding the audio output for a car amplifier. Thanks

Hello,
Depending on case style and your location, the original IR parts are still available. Digi-key has the original IR irf540 in 2 case styles here: MOSFETs, GaNFETs - Single | Digi-Key The 9540 is a little tougher but I found a couple original IR 9540 in TO-262 at Newark: INTERNATIONAL RECTIFIER|IRF9540NLPBF|MOSFET, P, 100V, TO-262 | Newark.com If you look around you might find other case styles. If you are in the U.S. always check Mouser, Digikey, and Newark first, then smaller etailers, eBay, here at DIYa, and foreign sources. Hope this helps! Good luck. |
