Default Help, Adcom gfa 585 turn On & Off thump

I am second owner of Adcom gfa 585. This amp was unprofessionally repaired messes up wire connections. Right channel input board power connector was pluged into soft start bord connector (j107) and thermal cut off sensor lead was soldered to J110( plug for thermal sensor inter connect to left channel. Values of all caps were changed to 1000Uf and so on. i sort out and cleaned now amp works fine with normal DC off set.
But it is producing thumps when it is switched on and off. This must be related to soft start circuit. But I do not know how functioning soft start behaves when it is switched on and off.

Can some on help?
