Default Amplifier board for powerpod 740

Anyone help with a schematic for the amplifier board for this unit. All the ones I find don't have the correct schematic for the mosfet output board.

The powerpod I have here uses Sanken bipolar outputs (standard 740)

I have diagrams for the 740-plus which uses Toshiba bipolar outputs.

Both are class-H topology with mosfet rail commutation.

The amp board I have (actually two), one uses fb31n20b and the other uses fb23n20d's. Boards are identical except for the this.

There IR parts are switching mosfets, I didnt know Phonic Powerpods made a class-D output stage!?! Maybe they use different circuits from the European-market powerpods.

What position are these fitted in? Are they the rail commutators, or used as linear output devices, or are they actually part of a class-D stage? Or are they in the SMPSU of the mk2 powerpods? My diagram shows IR fets IRFP250 used for positive and negative rail commutators, they're the only fets on the amp board. The SMPSU uses IGBTs type IRG4PC40/50...again, I'm talking the European 230-240V AC version, a US model may use others.
