Overview of Brands and Models from first Solid State Audio Amplifier Components want

Here already are two threads regarded similar subjects concerning newer generations of solid state devices:
1) a. http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/soli...-models-quasi-complementary-power-output.html
1) b. http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/solid-state/162142-tip3055-2n3055-based-power-amps-3.html
2) http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/soli...st-complementary-ab-bipolar-amplifiers-5.html

But now I want to know the first generation high quality solid state comercial audio devices (radios, car-radios, home receivers, preamps, integrated amps and power amps for home-audio, studio/stage/instrumental-monitoring and public address) - independend, whether there is OTL or not so as complementary output stages or not.
Therefore I have create a URL collection about a wide range of "First Generation" transistor types - mainly from central Europe, USA and Japan. A wide range of photos you will find here.
With help of this it is more easy to discover the first model numbers and brands from audio devices in the aera between 1955 - 1965. But please note - because in the transition time most audio devices are a long time still equipped with tubes, at least here in Germany, there are not a wide range of solid state amplifier components.
If anybody is owner of a collection of the magazine mentioned there
http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/soli...sen-jikken-yearly-index-1924-2009-wanted.html
it is easy to find out some models and brands from that aera.
Thank you very much for your advices.

Now I understand, why it is very hard to find the realy first solid state amps equipped with germanium/silicon power devices; most of the brands in the United Sates uses only power output transistors with their own factory number like Motorola's power device 132-070 for McIntosh e. g. = Industry standart 2N5303
An other curious thing is the fact, that the US amp devices for the German marked was equipped with tubes/valves; I have study the follow German overviews found by follow URL:
hifimuseum.de - Sie sind im Bereich : Hifi Jahrbücher

1) HiFi-Jahrbuch 1963/1964 (first edition in general)
HiFi Jahrbuch 1 Verstärker
after first release of germanium power devices even 8 years later no solid state amplifier mentioned

2) HiFi-Jahrbuch 2 1965/1966
Verstärker
I note first amount of solid state amplifiers, but mostly tube-based - at least by the output power devices

3) HiFi-Jahrbuch 3 1967/1968
HiFi-Jahrbuch 3 Verstärker
wider range of solid state amplifiers, but still a large amount of tube/valve equipped versions

But the first transistors from USA was released more than 10 years ago. Where are this commercial amp inside this first generation of power devices?

The first interesting tuner/integr.amp set up from the sixties is follow
(schematic not to find and therefore wanted !!!) :

Acoustech INC, Cambridge, Massachusetts, Silicon solid state 1965

Acoustech VIII (Receiver with small power amp section 2x3V, >1W/8 ohms)
It should be a stereo tuner with normal line buffer, but instead of this an real power amplifier is on board for mid levels at high efficiency loudspeakers.
Acoustech VII (Integrated Amplifier 2x20W/8 ohms)

in the attachements some pics and a URL collection arround it:

By one front of the - on first look identical - amps from Saba-Telewatt you will find already the K+H logo from the brand "Klein & Hummel" (now Sennheiser), good known in Germany through their famous Stereo-FM Tuner "FM-2002" developed from Mr. Reinhard Wieschhoff-van Rijn

Also about this amp I cannot find more except one small photo

Crown's SA20-20 was tested in the High Fidelity magazine from April 1966. This I have found by the complete overview about

Vox Solid State "Super Beatle" Series from mid 1965:

By mid 1965, Thomas Organ had discontinued selling the AC-100 in favor of their new solid state models. Four models were introduced before the ending of production in 1970; the V1141, V1142, V1143 and finally the Beatle Super Stack. The V1141 and the V1142 were similar in every detail except that the V1142 did not feature the distortion effect. The V1143 was similar to the V1141 with the addition of a "G" tuner and Repeat Percussion effects. In addition, the V1143 model was manufactured with Field Effect Transistors (FET) transistors. This was true for all VOX models ending with the number three (3). The Beatle Super Stack was a V1143 with two 4x12 speaker cabinets similar in appearance to a Marshall stack.

Schematics not to find and wanted. Here the URLs and some pics:

The first Single ended Solid State diy Power Amp from 1956

The schematic of the 1956 amp is shown above. There are four germanium transistors, a technology still new to experimenters at that time. Of special note is the 2N68, which had just been introduced by Sylvania as a “PNP medium gain, high power transistor for moderate frequency applications”. What this meant was a maximum of 4 watts output (using the massive metal heatsink for heat dissipation) at a frequency of 400 kc (yes that’s kilocycles). This was “state-of-the-art” for 1956 germanium power transistor technology. The three front-end transistors were all from the well known Raytheon CK722 series, and best results could be obtained by “hand selecting” individual transistors.

Delco introduced the first Solid State car radio 1955

....but I don't know the exactly model No and thus I don't find photos of this model by the follow URL's:
Vintage Delco Car Radio Service
Jim's Antique Radio Museum - Real radios glow in the dark and are warm to cuddle up next to.
Delco Philco Car Radio 13-13 Art Deco Vintage 1938 Advert
In the attachement a pic of the used power germanium devices in the power amplifier sections.
model-No, schematic and photos from this in 1955 first released Delco Chevrolet radio wanted.
