Help to find new mosfet thread please...
have searched but cannot find the thread from some time in the past few weeks on a new fet design sorry I cannot recall the name of the thread. wanted to pass it on to a friend now I've lost it. think this was just a die not in a package yet.Thanks.

I think I remember the post... new Exicon Lateral Fet having N and P channel devices in the one 5? legged package. There was a link to the device... and I can't find it on Exicons site.
It was in the last 10 days or so.
