Default Mark Levinson 431 schematics needed

My ML431 is out of order. It turns on but seems the protection circuit is on therefore it is not producing any sound at all. Is there anywhere that I can download/buy/find the schematics or service manual for Mark Levinson 431?

Hi sunsun22,

Had you been successful organizing a schematics for the ML 431? I have also sometimes scratching noise in the left channel and would also need it to investigate it.

Hi there,

no info on this amp available? Simply a schematics would be very helpful, is it that top secret that there is only graveyard silence about it?

generally speaking - yes, they are. especially for a product that is not really so old.

Hi there,

so, another year passed by and I was still not able to find a circuit diagram for the ML 431; I took both power amps out and after some solid resoldering (I did not see one suspicious solder joint) the scratching noise in the left channel is now on a very low level. The right channel is now completely scratch- and hiss free.
Does anybody got in between a circuit diagram of this ML431? Just in case when there may be a bigger problem??

best regards

Dieter

Hi stocktrader200

Thanks for this hint - I`ll try that but there are 4 multiturn trimpots per channel, so I will check one by one (without circuit diagram a bit tricky)
