Default Thank you Alexandru! .... but dear Eesbiboi.... this one is dangerous

not only for the poor speakers sentenced to death, but also put your heath under risk..... voltages are harmfull...also your home wiring will be submited to stress.

I hope you really know what are you doing...i have to say that i felt myself scared using it.

Take care man!

God bless you....and protect you.

regards,

Carlos

Default Good warnings destroyer.

And personally I can not understand why make such amplifier.
There are almost no speakers that can survive 1000 Watt. Not even 500 W.
And if a loudspeaker needs 1000 Watts, then better get yourself a good and better speaker.

Normal people will never need this. It is crazy
Professionals Arena events at Wembley Stadium maybe ....

Regards, Lineup

Default I think so dear Line up..... not needed all that power

will stress power wiring.... it can put out 1500 watts each channel..and this is 2800 watts of power to each channel..power drained from the mains.

You see the trouble to feed that monster.... maybe two transformers to each channel, DC output in parallel... and will drain 25 amperes from the mains with ONLY one channel operating full power..... crazy thing...i made because of Sakis.... around 185 volts peak to peak over the load!

Home wiring cannot face all that current....in Brazil our mains wiring, inside home, if or 15 amperes maximum.... fuses may enter protection, and may open house wire circuit.... the protective relays will switch off power.

Well..... i am glad Eesbiboi want to face the challenge...but same time i am scared about the danger he will face.

This was made for Sakis, and because of Sakis...his needs...big power to produce an earthquake in Athens.

the desire for power is what pushes me to try this amp...i know it's really dangerous...but i'll be using smaller supply rails and smaller quantity of output trannies...i'll first make it work...then i'll give it what it needs...
this is a hell of a monster ...
its not gonna be that easy and quick...
i guess it'll take me months for this project...

salamat sir...
