I have a dmc 6 preamp and the left channel volume is way lower than the right. It is like the left is on mute and the right is not. I try to switch the cables around from right to left but nothing help. Any help is appreciated.

Thankyou for responding. I have the original manual and it come with the schematic. I try to play around with the pots but nothing help. I was hoping that it might be something simple, a transistor or cap. But the thing is, I can hear music for the left channel. It is very low compare to the right.
