Datasheets for 2SK356
Anybody have the data sheets for these?
The only thing that I can find is: High Voltage N-Channel MOS Power FET STI Type 2SK356 Notes Breakdown Voltage 250 Continuous Current 12 RDS(on) 0.2 Trans Conductance Mhos 3.0 Trans Conductance A 10 TO-204AA/TO-3 Polarity Industry Type 2SK356 |
