Yes, this is correct, but I suggest to use limiter circuit.

If I decrease the bias of this amplifier such that can't measure voltage at 0.33r i.e 0 volts

then is there any chance of getting distortion at peak volumes??

Without bias you get crossover distortion at low volume level not at the peak volumes.

Yes sir i agree with you but

when peak sound becomes distorted means the amplifier has produced its maximum power? or low bias?

from your reply i understood that it is not due to low bias

then it is due to low bandwidth?
amplifier is not stable at peak volumes?
or due to voltage drop in the power supply?
