i once built an amp with this psu rating with EI core...i thought of using it again...

Yes, but you must have overcurrent detector on amp pcb, like B500.

Default dc on output

apex...
sir... i powered on my b500 circuit...
i had dc on output about 7v...
i put 2 330ohms 10watts resistor on xformer primary...
power trannies seemed to warm up...but dc occur on output...hum on spkr...no audio on output...
what seem to be the problem???...
pls help...

Do not connect speakers if you have DC on output. If you not forget to connect wire jumper (red line) on botom side of pcb or GND on input with separate wire from PSU, try to measurment voltage on point as I suggest,
