100W Ultimate Fidelity Amplifier

Mr. Mile,
today i test my dc servo with tl072 and yes it work!,
i've removed 220uf elco.
value for pin 1 and 2 was inverted
value for pin 1 and 7 was inverted
and dc offset between 0.9mv to max 3.9 mv.
and now waiting for better lf412.

Please change and revised your ax17s schematic so other builder will get benefit from my experience with ax17s dc servo problem.

do i have to change R36 1k to 10k as you suggested in previous post?

thanks and regards.

Hi Apex,
I want to add DC servo like your DC Servo MOSFET Amplifier
on this AX-series
that is only use single OP such LF411 or TL071
Is that possible with AX17 & AX14 also?

Regards

No need to add dc servo, this is simple amps with small offset (under 10mV without seting and meatching transistors).
I suggest go to Studio Reference amps with dc servo.
Regards

If you build either of the amps you can compare them. AX-14 sound more neutral on mid and high. I like bass from SR50, but speakers is more important for sound quality.
100% agree, good speaker + good amplifier = perfect (for me)
I'm using 12 inch speaker 8 ohm ratted 350watt + 1 piezo tweeter
I feel better to use smaller amplifier & loaded 8 ohm
The Amp is not to worry because only 8 ohm,
& the speaker just sound very good with this AX

I guess this speaker will be good also if drive by your SR200
I will go to see SR200 http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/solid-state/173462-studio-reference-amplifier.html
