C7-47pF can be replaced with 33pF, and C9,C10-100pF can be replaced with 22pF without oscilations problems.

Yes, but this is amplifier for HI-FI speakers, it's usualy 8 ohms for home listening.

This pcb for NX14V2 is fixed on heatsink, and you soldering outputs on coper side of pcb. Montage outputs is much easy this way.

Regulated PSU can be use with this amp also.

Use 300VA transformer with 2X35V AC, and U can use MJEs or TIPs in this case.
No 500W with MOSFETs in my projects.

adding 2x40v to my trafo is next
as soon as i have money for buying copper

Yes but only with MJEs as drivers, TIPs Vce is to low. No need add output pair.
