Nice work, this PSU already have short-circuit protect you don't need overcurrent detect from AX16. With this PSU you can use AX14.

Yes, but this PSU with protect can be use for any stereo amp around 100W power per channel.
BT139 can be use instead MAC224, and I suggest this circuit.

in this two images the zobel section pcb there are two caps 47nf/250v and 100nf/250v which one is correct?

Yes QSC and many other amps use this protect, it's blow supply fuses and speaker is safe from dc.
