use any protection and instead relay put a resistor. than the voltage on it use as protection signal that will turn something on/off.

and if the driver is set to a 10mA bias or a 50mA bias then To220 temperatures will be very different.

i want to conect this protection to my micro project
this three board must be seperat of them
i have 5 amp in one box and i must have 15 protection for those
for every one amp 3 protection:
1. DC protect
2. over curent protect
3. short circut protect
i need 15 optocupler for this 15 protection

hi apex sir,
maximum how many output pairs can i add to ax14? because i increase bias emiter resistor voltage to 20mv, outputs are little hot. can i increase the dc voltage to increase power.? any changes to make.?

Use AX20 schematic and add 2 more pairs ( 4 pairs total ), DC rail voltage with 4 pairs increase to +/-80V and you have 400W/4R amp.
